Oh dear lord! Kiwi works, as do plums and prunes. But after five days, you might need more help than that. Not what you need, super uncomfortable, not to mention scary!

I’ve been!! I can’t say it was the most exciting time of my life but I am glad I have pooped! Oh I have never heard of Kiwi Fruit being a natural laxative but both you and Susan have mentioned it so I might give it a go.
